We supply our customers with water treatment chemicals and services for systems such as open & closed loop cooling & hot water circuits, steam raising plant and process wash water.

Our customers include plastic and metal parts manufacturers for the automotive, steel, food & beverage, integrated facility management companies for manufacturing, institutional and commercial entities, hotels, shopping centres, administration buildings, hospitals and medical centres.

We cooperate closely with a number of system suppliers, manufacturers and designers of cooling systems, steam and hot water boiler plants. We are involved in the innovation and development of new chemical products for the treatment of process & industrial water.

As a service provider to industry and water technology experts we also provide water quality monitoring. Based on regular chemical and microbiological water analysis results, chemical application is optimized to achieve parameters which will allow for the best technological and manufacturing conditions.

Chemical Cleaning Technology

Our company offers the chemical cleaning of various systems and plants. We can help you to design and perform cleaning of water and glycol cooling circuits, heating systems, cooling towers and evaporative condensers; steam raising and hot water boilers, rinse water tanks, storage reservoirs and other circuits. Our services also include RO membrane cleaning, which is done regularly as part of periodical routine maintenance. If necessary, we can respond quickly to resolve emergency situations at short notice. We are able to advise customers and suggest cleaning methods and the initial passivation of new machinery and equipment to maximise the working life of your plant and equipment.

We design and apply each cleaning process as a stand-alone project, because each plant has its own characteristics and operational design. First, we assess whether the cleaning of scale, corrosion products, sludge, oil, microbiological growth or other impurities is required. Based on this, we will design and implement a specific chemical cleaning programme with the correct composition of cleaning products.

Before the actual application of the chemicals, a full site risk assessment is undertaken, and best practice is assessed, with the materials of construction and timescales taken into account. Economic and environmental impact on customer is always considered and a priority.

Technical Audit

To achieve optimal operating conditions of your systems, whether cooling water or steam plant, we need to understand the operating conditions comprehensively. For this, specific information is required: raw water quality; system water quality; mode of plant operation and regular maintenance; monitoring of selected parameters; set of physical conditions for the whole system as well as individual parts of system; circuit material composition and record of energy and water consumption. It is important to try to understand the history of site operating conditions so that any issues can be corrected. The more comprehensive information about a system that we have the better a solution can be found for your specific needs.

During our first no-commitment and free of charge visit to your site we will attempt to gather all relevant information with your help. We will also check actual water quality in the systems, using on-site test equipment. You will be informed in writing about any results and recommendations from our visit which will be explained in detail.

Based on this information, a price proposal of technical solution will be presented to you.

Air-cooling and air-conditioning unit cleaning

Regular cleaning of air-cooling and air-conditioning units ensures optimal operation of these devices from both a technical and economic aspect.

Our expert knowledge and experience ensure, that cleaning is carried out safely, technically correct and with instant demonstrable improved air circulation (measured by anemometer).

Regular maintenance of these devices will prevent possible units overheating, breakdowns and production shutdowns. Among the benefits from a regular cleaning service are the extended service life and reduced electricity consumption during operation by up to 30 %.

The specific nature of each device and its location require an individual approach to performing the cleaning process, using specialist chemical products, steam or hot water, and finally a biocide application.

Methods of cleaning:

Chemical Cleaning

Chemical cleaning is carried out using special products for use on aluminium surfaces. Product is applied as a foam; therefore, it better adheres to vertical and horizontal surfaces of the cooling units, and therefore maximises the cleaning effect while minimising chemical usage.

For the cleaning of indoor air-conditioning units and their evaporators, a specialist cleaning foam is utilised, which disinfects surfaces and provides protection against microbiological and bacterial growth for up to 6 months. This treatment prevents the spread of bacteria, mould and viruses and helps to prevent a condition known as “Sick Building Syndrome”. The product does not require rinsing from surfaces and which is a major advantage of this product, giving significant manpower cost savings.

Steam Cleaning

Steam cleaning is used when chemical products cannot be applied or are not suitable for the cleaning process (e.g. inside buildings, in food production, near to water courses or drinking water supplies etc.).

Chemical Cleaning of Heat Exchangers

The regular & routine chemical cleaning of heat exchangers can help to achieve improved and sustainable operating conditions, giving reduced energy costs and extend the lifetime of heat exchange systems & equipment.

Our company can offer chemical cleaning solutions for these systems whilst protecting the equipment’s materials of construction. We approach each cleaning process and system as a stand-alone project. First of all, we assess if the cleaning of scale, corrosion products, sludge, oil, microbiological growth or other impurities is required. Based on this, we tailor our chemical programme and composition to the particular fouling and ensure heat exchange surfaces and cleaned effectively.

Using our own cleaning device WT-Max 40 equipped with a circulation pump, we are able to carry out cleaning of most common types of heat exchangers, machinery, hot & cooling circuits and smaller closed loops.
